We chose the Zanotto Prosecco on the recommendation of the waiter and it went perfectly with what we ordered. Now let’s get to the food. Delicious starters and just the perfect size too. I hate gorging on entrees and not having enough room for the pasta. We ordered four of the pasta dishes and loved each one. Our favourite was the ‘Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe’ (pictured). It was outstanding as was the cavatelli with mussels, corn (pictured). The pasta is cooked to perfection. We did have room for dessert.
